Hello my old friend Lymphdiaral, what have you brought me today? You always help me when I’m feeling swollen, inflamed, and just teetering on the edge of getting sick.

I want to acknowledge all that you do for our unsung hero, the lymphatic system. There is just no one like you - whether its your drops, creams or ampoules, there is something for every occasion.  

And to be honest, I like to have you always by my side for those “just in case” scenarios and I appreciate how you provide a foundation for my immune system to function.  

You are a must have in my medicine cabinet, and I know this isn’t your first rodeo. You’ve been at this game for over 50 years, a true staple amongst your siblings.  

I think of you as brand new concrete on the autobahn, permitting all of my inflammatory markers and waste products to travel to and fro, uninterrupted, at the fasted pace possible - now that’s German efficiency! 

You know how the mitochondria can leave a mess behind at the extracellular matrix? Tell me about it! It sure can get crowded over there, but you my Molly Maid make sure it's sparkling clean by the end of the day - truly, I feel like a clean slate.  

Back in the day, I didn’t know that glymphatics existed and as you know my brain is a sugar-binging-power-house that requires some TLC (tender love and care) by night time.  

And once more, you are my saviour, a Mary Poppins of a nanny to my glymphatics and I value how much you take care of my cognitive health and mood too might I add - now that’s priceless.
