The holiday season can be kind of an assortment of emotions. While it's often a marvellous time of year to celebrate with family and friends, it can also be expensive, overwhelming, and busier than busy.

It’s natural that at times we all feel overwhelmed and anxious. However it is important to address what is making us feel this way. Understanding what triggers us to feel this way, directs us into the direction to not place ourselves in these feelings.
